Virtual conversation

Second virtual/face-to-face conversation

In this interview, you will get to know your future team and discuss potential tasks for you (60-90 min.). Depending on your location, the interview will take place virtually or on site.

Contract offer

You and we liked the last interview very much and you want to continue with us? Then you will receive a contract offer from us.

Business Consultant

As a business consultant, you and the IT consultants act as an interface between the customer’s business department and IT. This means that you discuss the business processes with those they concern and develop the concept for the technical implementation. In doing so, you translate business requirements for the developers – and technical requirements for the business department.

In addition, training, operational support, presentations and quality assurance are on your agenda. Your activities range from small adjustments to the system to large projects in which you rebuild an entire process.

IT-Consultant or Software-Developer

As an IT consultant, you implement our solutions for customers. You develop software further or write individual programs, incorporate new requirements – or organize a completely new project. Technical skills are just as important as creativity.

Whether implementation, customizing, migration or system replacement: In the best case, you support our customers in the conception phase as well as in the implementation and stabilization phase and work closely with their departments and IT.

Project Manager

As a project manager, you do everything in your power to ensure that a project is successfully completed within a certain cost and time frame. You plan the use of employees, methods and tools.

In doing so, you always keep the needs of customers and colleagues in mind. As a project manager, you are the first choice for both sides.

Quick Starter – Trainee

As consultants for IT and processes, we support our customers in mapping company processes in IT structures. Currently we are looking for Quick Starters nationwide, as we work remotely and therefore location-independent.

If you already have IT experience (SAP or Java) or are familiar with financial services, insurance or industry – all the better. If not, that’s no problem either: you can train with us. The important thing is that you are basically IT-savvy, like to think analytically and dare to get technical.
